Nothing on aHealingVisit — including scores, rankings, summaries and anything the chat assistant says — is medical, clinical, legal or financial advice. Using this site does not create a provider-patient relationship. Decisions about care should be made with a qualified clinician and with the provider directly.
About the data
Ratings and facility details derive from public CMS datasets, which are published on a lag and can contain errors, omissions or records for facilities that have since changed ownership, moved or closed. We refresh on the cadence shown on our data sources page and do not guarantee that any figure is current or accurate at the moment you read it. Always confirm licensure, Medicare certification, availability and pricing with the provider before acting.
Scores are our opinion
Our scores are a transparent, rules-based reading of public CMS measures, documented at how the scores work. They are an editorial opinion derived from public data, not a certification, accreditation, endorsement or warranty of quality, safety or fitness for any particular person's needs.
Advertising disclosure
Some providers pay a flat monthly advertising fee. Paid placements are always labeled. Payment never affects a provider's score, rank or search position, and we do not accept compensation tied to referrals, leads, admissions or volume of business. If you believe a placement is not properly labeled, tell us at privacy@ahealingvisit.com.
Acceptable use
You may use this site to research and compare providers. You may not use automated means to bulk-extract the database, resell or redistribute compiled listings, attempt to defeat rate limits or security controls, misrepresent yourself as an authorized representative of a provider, or submit false or misleading information.
Provider corrections
If you represent a listed provider and believe information about your organization is wrong, email privacy@ahealingvisit.com. Where the underlying figure comes from a CMS release we will point you to the CMS correction process, since we publish that data rather than originate it.
Third-party links
We link to CMS, Medicare Care Compare, provider websites and other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spain Companies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your reliance on information found here or from your choice of a care provider. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
