Claim your agency profile
Free, and it stays free. Claiming lets you add a description, photos, a direct contact and the ZIP codes you actually serve. It does not change your CMS ratings, your trust score or where you appear in results — nothing on this site can do that.
1. Find your agency
We list home health agencies, hospices and nursing homes from the CMS Care Compare record.
2. Tell us who you are
Use an address at the agency's own domain if you have one — it makes the review quick.
3. Enter the code
What happens next
Verifying the code confirms your email address. A person then checks that you speak for the agency before your profile goes public — usually within a business day. Your draft is saved either way.
What claiming does not do
- It does not change your CMS star ratings or your trust score. Those come from CMS Care Compare, and we publish them as they are.
- It does not move you up the results. Search order is computed from the federal record and cannot be bought.
- It does not sign you up for anything paid. Advertising is separate, optional, and a flat monthly fee.
- It does not make this a referral service. We are not paid per patient, per lead or per admission by anyone, and we never will be — the care listed here is Medicare-covered.
